In 2007 K&A instituted an in-office charity program: Casual for the Cause. Each Friday associates can dress comfortably if they make a monetary donation. As donations accumulate throughout the year, a charitable organization is nominated by an associate and becomes the recipient for Casual for the Cause. As our associates are on a heavy travel schedule, time is always at a premium and therefore, this is an easy way we as a Firm can 'give back'. We are pleased to be a part of this project and have included a list of recipients since its inception:
